Squads are used to sort members. Each squad has a Squad Leader and a Recruiter, they sometimes are the same person as the Squad Leader may not want to intrust anybody else. Squads technically have no limit to members, yet a Squad Leader may set a limit themselves. Every Squad is required to have a Team to compete in the monthly tournament.
Squad Leader Role:
Squad Leaders are expected to do the following:
1. Schedule regular practices and Squad Matches
2. Keep track of Squad Matches and Tournament Scores
3. Encourage every member to try out for the Team
4. Host atleast 2 Free For All matches for Team tryouts
5. Put together a Team for each Tournament
6. Make Sure all members with a rank of Captian or higher get a chance to play for the Team
Recruiter Role:
Recruiters are required to do the following:
1. Know the Squad E-mail and Recruiter E-mail
2. Try to recruit atleast one new member everytime they sign on
3. Maintain some sort of electronic list of every member in the Squad and title it "Squad_____ Member List"
4. Make sure that the Squad Leader and Clan Leader get this list every week by E-mail.
